I focus on providing customized, attorney-designed plans at an affordable price

Please review the information below to help determine if our plans meet your needs. If you have additional questions, you can contact me or just schedule a design session. Each design session starts by determining whether an Essential Estate plan is a good fit, and there is no charge until your documents are completed.

An Essential Estate Plan could be a good fit if:

  • You plan to leave your assets in a straightforward way, for example:

    • All to spouse, then named beneficiaries

    • All to named beneficiaries in percentages

    • All to adult children in equal shares

  • You are comfortable using technology such as email and web conferencing

  • You want to streamline the process and minimize time spent in meetings

  • You prefer to communicate by email and message rather than over the phone

An Essential Estate Plan might not be for you if:

  • You have complex estate planning needs, such as

    • Medicaid recovery planning

    • Dependant with special needs

    • Real estate in other states

    • Blended families

  • Your estate is valued at $10 million or above

  • You want to retain some control over how your beneficiaries use the assets you leave them after you die

Other Considerations

  • You are responsible for having your completed documents signed, witnessed, and notarized by a notary of your choice

  • Our design session will take place via a Zoom web conference

  • Your main avenue for communicating with me will be email or my contact form

  • Information from me and links to download files arrive via email
